Telebehavior and In-Person Services for Children and Adults with Challenging Behaviors; their Families/Caregivers...
...If 'everything' still isn't working......if Qualify of Life remains a problem; if your child has received specialized services but these haven't been quite enough; if home and/or school remains an issue; if child independence/autonomy continues a concern; if finding your child's preferences/what he or she really enjoys and things you can enjoy together remains a challenge; if community interaction/contact can be hard to do; if key routines to especially include mealtime, toileting and/or sleeping have become a point of difficulty and stress; if medication seems to have become a - or the - primary 'intervention'......there are things definitely left to do.
Services include to those with autism, FAS/FAE, learning disabilities, developmental/developmental behavioral and social-emotional needs.
From social to communicative development; from increasing independence to effective self-management/self-regulation and learning readiness...shaping alternative, productive and positive child behaviors more often represent a 'crisis of instruction' rather than child problems (as an illness) to be 'fixed.'
That about all behavioral events are ultimately predictable by context and/or purpose means that they can also be anticipated and taught. Teaching, therefore, becomes a primary intervention in the support of even the most challenging - and sometimes - seemingly intractable behavioral concerns.
In addition to providing clinical behavioral, instructional and related services for over 40 years in many different communities, I also bring a strong background with regards to genetic and lower incident genetic syndromes ranging from Down Syndrome to Fragile X, Prader Willi, Angleman and Williams Syndromes...to name a few.

BCBA Supervision and Test Preparation...
...The BCBA exam can be very challenging and how supervision is structured, prioritized and presented makes a big difference. The depth of experience the supervisor brings also matters. Retakes not only get expensive but can stall a career and income while becoming very frustrating.
I WILL help you pass your BCBA exam

In Your Home Enhanced Respite Services...
...Available 7 days per week for children with autism, FAS/FAE, behavioral and/or developmental needs for whom families often can't just call a neighborhood babysitter or, sometimes, even adult friends and family.
This service is especially for children, from preschool to middle school age, with higher intensity/more persistent behavioral and/or developmental issues. And respite support for children with specific toileting and/or feeding issues is never a problem.
Enhanced Respite Services allows families/caregivers to go out OR stay home knowing their child will be positively and individually engaged based on the most experienced and highest quality care available.
Enhanced Respite Services offers parents/caregivers - and - children a break. For the child, it's an opportunity to have always positive and fun contact with another adult. For families/caregivers, it's a chance to take a break - to take care of personal or business matters; go shopping or out to to dinner.

In Your Home Tutoring services...
...For elementary aged children who would benefit from very individualized instructional support outside of school but - more often - have been resistant to tutoring just as they can be to school-based services.
Areas include reading comprehension/fluency, vocabulary development and reading readiness; writing competencies; study skills; learning readiness and homework support. I always use the child's primary classroom/school source materials whenever possible.
This service can also target, develop and help further expand upon IEP-based goals for children receiving school-based services. I've written, worked with, supported and advocated on behalf of the development and implementation of IEPs for over 30 years. And I am always ready to meet and collaborate with your child's school and teacher to share effective tutoring/learning strategies.
I can help...my approach to instruction is assessment-based and data driven, positive and focused on the child's preferences, strengths, individualized need and the motivation to be successful.
I am also available to support families and children in need of School Advocacy for IEP, special and general education needs and unmet concerns.

I am now in-network with Tricare for behavioral services to children and adolescents with a primary diagnosis of autism in my home region. For non-Tricare clinical services, I remain out of pocket.
For out of pocket clinical services, BCBA/BCaBA Supervision and/or BCBA Test Prep, I will charge either hourly or identify a block fee; a set amount to which we will agree per weekly; biweekly sessions...again, depending on what will be most effective and work best for each person....one person at a time.
